Happy school holidays

By Roo

Yep it is that time again – school holidays – 2 whole weeks. Jaymin is driving me nuts already – ha – no not really but there is an attitude adjustment needed I be thinking. Just a tad lack of respect happening and I’ll tell you I’m not putting up with that. Okay enough of the rant. I do like the holidays – no making school lunches in the morning, no routines, no time watching – yeeha. Jaymin went out in Terry’s (my cousins husband) truck this morning while he was delivering furniture. And he is heading off to Auckland with him tomorrow too. Keeps him busy and out of my hair lol so that is a definite blessing.

And guess what I scrapped – it’s been a while but I did the bossy scrapper last night and with Nic’s cool instructions I got a lo done. It is a saying I love and something I am really working on.

happy for no reason by you.

What else, since I haven’t been in here for a while again. Oh yeah I am still pain free – yay. Just waiting for news on the op though. I was told that I need to let my insides all heal and get healthy first though so just waiting I guess.

Okay well that’s it for now then I guess. Not much to update. Think I will go and wash the car now as I think I have half the dirt in Whangarei on it and in it lol.

Laters peoples. Have a good one and keep happy and safe.

Oh I hear you on no school lunches being a bonus! I like that l/o of yours – interesting but great pattern combination

  2. Penny Says:

Yes – not having to make lunches is a great thing!

Gwate scwapbooking as Tim would say! ;)

I like the title Roo, cos sometimes there doesn’t have to be a reason. Love that background pattern paper and how everything is kind of in the middle there. Enjoy the break, hey you must have had sun yesterday if you could wash the car.

That is a gorgeous layout! What papers are those?
I like the holidays too, for all the reasons you mentioned! As long as the kids don’t fight too much, or moan about being bored, it’s an enjoyable time ;-)

Good company in the truck for your cousin’s DH too! Enjoy the change to routine!

    Cool layout, Roo.

And not having to think WHAT to make for lunches is the best part I reckon. ;)

Hope you heal super quick so you can get that op and get everything sorted for you. :)

Woo hoo, another layout of you Roo … go you!!!!

Wanna come and clean my car. I just said to DS last weekend, it was about time he cleaned it … it’s filthy and considering most of the dry muddy crap on the inside is off his rugby boots … he should be cleaning it, NOT me!!!! And rugby season finished a few weeks ago now!!!!

Have fun over the holidays and enjoy the freedom of having no set routines as such.
